Concept Design

Schematic Design, including Brief with client, Provision of sketches, Site evalations, Feasibility Study which meet all Sustainable Design requirements.

Design Development

Liaise with client, computer rendered 3D floor plans and elevations, prepare building design planning documents and lodgement at Council to ensure that we satisfy planning requirements.

Contract Documentation (Working Drawings)

Liaise with client.
Prepare Full Building Design and Construction Drawings to ensure quality workmanship throughout.
Liase with external consultants including :

• Engineering Services – Structural and Civil.
• Interior Design
• Energy Efficent Designs and Report
• Landscape Designs
• Land Surveying
• Geotechnical Soil Report
• Arborist Report
• Tender

Prepare documentation for Building Permit lodgment.
Regulatory report writing.

Project Management

Conduct site inspections closely with contractors to ensure smooth construction where strict budget and time constraints may apply.
